Inspired by the West African dish, Jollof Rice. We wanted to create a Trinidad Scorpion hot sauce with a fruity twist.

By blending the fruity flavour of fresh tomatoes, Scotch Bonnets, intensity and impact of the Trinidad Moruga Scorpion chilli, we've created a delicious and fruity Trinidad Moruga Scorpion hot sauce that will leave you coming back for more.

Don't be fooled though! Our Scorpion hot sauce has a sting in it's tail and earned the name of Liquid Fire for good reason.

Brilliant product even better customer service

I ordered a few bottle of sauce that I knew I already liked to lift and make hospital food more interesting during an extended stay. Unfortunately one of the bottles got broken by the hospital team and on hearing Sheffield Dragon popped one in the post to replace it. It really lifted my spirits and reminded me there are great people and companies put there. Please support this fantastic business.

By far the best hot sauce!

I purchased your liquid fire hot sauce at Sheffield craft and flea it’s it is BY FAR the best hot sauce we’ve ever had! Usually, we spend a fortune on various supermarket hot sauces to only use once before they live out the rest of their days in the back of the fridge. Your hot sauce was demolished in days! My partner literally put it in everything. You guys got the perfect balance between giving the sauce some fire but also keeping plenty of flavour! Thank you!
