By using Trinidad Scorpion chillies, mixed with red onion and red chillies, we've created a totally unique hot sauce that you will want to get your hands on.

Having a fearsome reputation, the Trinidad Scorpion comes in at a whopping 1.2 million Scoville Units of heat, making it one of the hottest chillies in the world.

That being said, our Trinidad Scorpion hot sauce uses ingredients that compliment the heat and flavour of the chilli, making a delicious and moreish hot sauce that you will come back to again and again.

Best Bloody Mary recipe

100 ml good quality tomato juice

50 ml vodka (I prefer Absolut citron for this recipe)

25 ml Dry Sherry

1 Teaspoon of Horseradish 

Lemon and lime wedges

Hendersons relish (couple of shakes)

Scorpions Tale (to taste - I like about 10 ml)

Ice

Celery sticks

Method:

In a cocktail shaker add a decent amount of ice and then all of the other ingredients.

Squeeze in a wedge of lemon and lime.

Shake, strain and serve with more wedges of lemon and lime and a celery stick.
