This specially made peach hot sauce was originally created to celebrate a year of Sheffield Dragon being in business!

But it was so popular that we decided to keep this powerhouse of a peach hot sauce around for a little longer!

Slow-cooked peaches and Naga Jolokia chilies, better known as the ghost pepper, make this a sweet peach of a hot sauce, but don’t be fooled it isn’t to be taken lightly!

The sweetness of the peaches comes with back up in the form of some fire from the Naga Jolokia.

One of our customers favourites (as well as my own personal favourite!) this sweet treat always sells out first when we have a market. It’s unique blend of sweetness and heat makes this peach hot sauce one of our best!

It just works with everything and quite simply cheers me up on a bad day! I use about a bottle a week of this and it's my not-so-secret favourite from the range. 

It's so versatile it's been described as the 'Swiss Army knife' of our product range.

It will rescue a bad meal and make a good meal great...add to kebabs, use as a marinade, drizzle into a salad! Why not experiment and see what else a peach hot sauce pairs well with!

These products are absolutely fantastic full of body and flavour, a real gave in your larder cupboard!!!

Great Naga Jolakia hot sauce

Full disclosure I like hot sauces but I don’t liked them too hot, my palate cannot take it and when I taste something too hot I just get the heat and nothing else. I knew I was taking a risk with a four chilli rated hot sauce that contained a Naga Jolakia mash but I crossed my fingers that the core ingredient of peaches would balance it out enough for me to enjoy it. I shouldn’t have worried, Sheffield Dragon always put flavour first, yep it’s hot but the first and last flavour was peaches. I’m using it on all my stir fries, my personal favourite was adding to pork tenderloin for a Pad Thai. Even better news is that it adds tons of flavour with a tiny amount. Which is good news as I’m using it all the time!

A sauce with a kick

Bought this sauce from a craft fare where Sheffield Dragon were trading. It's got a real kick but not too hot. However a great warming afterburn. Great product looking forward to trying more.
