It's our hottest chilli pickle, with a top note of Trinidad Scorpion Moruga chilli (a former world record holding hottest chilli), we add in fresh chillies, slow cook with onions, peppers, tomato, dried spices, sugar, vinegar, a touch of salt and oil.

Handcrafted with the finest Trinidad Scorpion Moruga chillies, known for their intense heat and fruity flavour, this pickle is not for the faint hearted. Each jar is carefully prepared with fresh ingredients and a secret blend of Indian spices that will awaken your taste buds with a burst of flavour.

Originating as a spicy experiment, we managed to harness 1.2-1.6 million Scoville scale range chillies and still deliver a pickled sauce packed with flavour and not just overwhelming heat. When this debuted at our second farmers market we sold out of this original short batch first!
