Inspired by the West African dish, Jollof Rice. We wanted to create a Trinidad Scorpion hot sauce with a fruity twist. By blending the fruity flavour of fresh tomatoes, Scotch Bonnets, intensity and impact of the Trinidad Moruga Scorpion chilli, we've created a delicious and sweet Trinidad Moruga Scorpion hot sauce that will leave you coming back for more.
Don't be fooled though! Our Scorpion hot sauce has a sting in it's tail and earned the name of Liquid Fire for good reason. Bring your dishes to life with this powerful hot sauce, use it in soups, salads, salsa and marinades.
