This is our signature take on ghost pepper hot sauce. Slow-cooked peaches and ghost pepper chilies. better known as the ghost pepper, make this a sweet peach of a hot sauce, but don’t be fooled it isn’t to be taken lightly! The sweetness of the peaches comes with backup in the form of some fire from the Naga Jolokia.

Ghost pepper sauce is another name for Naga chili sauce, or Naga Jolokia sauce. It's a hot sauce that is made from the Naga Jolokia pepper, nicknamed the ghost pepper, a chili pepper that is native to Northeast India, and is a very popular in Indian and Southeast Asian cooking.
By mixing the chili with other ingredients such as garlic, salt, vinegar and spices the flavour and heat level of the sauce will be vastly different depending on which recipe you try!
